Well what can I say I am still following this fantastic fat burning program with no problems at all. I have been using the printable shopping list that the diet generator produced for me to make sure I only buy the foods I need.

Bad Day for Strip that fat

Saturday
Well it’s the big day tomorrow, weighing day. I am writing this after spending the last 90 minute loafing on the sofa watching a soccer match. The only problem is I finished off a half packet of popcorn that happened to be in cupboard whilst I was watching it. This will be a real test this week for the Strip The Fat program after Tuesday night and the popcorn just now.

I can not believe I let myself slip up the day before weigh day. Never mind what will be will be, and we will see what tomorrow brings. Hope you are keeping up with whats been happening.
